Academic Track (Grades 7–10)

High-touch mentoring in analytical writing, organization, and academic voice. Designed for students who need clear structure, steady support, or deeper academic challenge.

College-Prep Track (Grades 11–12)

Advanced coaching for students preparing for AP/IB, honors, dual-enrollment, and college-level writing. Strengthens scholarly voice, clarity, synthesis, and readiness for post-secondary expectations.

Helping students thrive academically and communicate with confidence is at the heart of my work. I’m a Maryland-certified educator with over a decade of experience teaching Grades 3–12, including AP English Language. I hold a Master’s in Education and am completing a Ph.D. in Psychology, bringing a research-informed, deeply personalized approach to writing and executive function coaching.

At Elevate, every session is tailored to each student’s unique learning style, strengths, and needs, ensuring instruction that truly resonates with their individual mind. I specialize in building foundational skills, strengthening academic writing, and cultivating executive functioning systems essential for success. Through personalized mentorship, I guide students to develop communication, confidence, and independence—skills that serve them in and beyond the classroom.

My background in theatre inspires creativity, presence, and storytelling in every session, helping students share their ideas with structure and poise. Students often spot me with various shades of color in my hair, a reflection of the energy and creativity I bring to learning.
